<p>If anyone has attended a summer program at an architecture school or knows somebody who has, can you give some input on what it was like? I will be attending a summer program soon for a multitude of reasons: to help decide if architecture is what I truly want to study after high school, to learn new skills, to meet new people, and to have fun.</p>
<p>Looking at the agenda for the program I will be attending, it seems that most of it will be centered around studio design, as it culminates in individual presentations of student work. What is the studio process like, and should I be concerned that I have never done studio work before? Even if you don't know anything about these summer programs, your insight is much appreciated. Thanks!</p>
<p>Many B.Arch schools have summer programs for high school juniors and seniors. Check out the website(s) of schools you’re interested in to see if they have any programs. Cornell, whose B.Arch consistently ranks #1, has a great summer program. They even have a section in which students reflect on their 3-6 week experience. </p>
