Summer program connected to ucla

<p>Anyone know a summer music program connected to ucla that would be intense, good learning experience at ucla and give the student a sense of the school? Unfortunately, we are probably going to be full pay for music school (as we are at usc engineering) and probably will end up at a state program in california unless she gets merit money.</p>

<p>I do not have any direct experience with this program, but UCLA does have a wonderful Ethnomusicology dept</p>

<p>futureholds, you may want to read the news that UC is raising it’s tuition next year by 30% percent. The Cal State schools are still a good value, though! My son is applying this year to UCLA, and we are bummed!</p>
