Summer Program for student interested in pre-med

I have two options for a summer program for 2012 and I was just wondering if anyone could help me figure out which one might be more beneficial for applying to colleges..
I want to study pre-med in college and eventually become a plastic surgeon, I got recommended by a teacher to take part in the national youth forum on medicine, basically I get to pick a location to go and I get to visit a lot of great medical schools which participate in the nylf/med. i think that I am going to Boston, so I will get to go to the following schools;
- The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University
- Boston University School of Medicine
- Harvard Medical School
- Tufts University School of Medicine
- University of Connecticut School of Medicine
- University of Massachusetts Medical School
- University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine

This program is 3 weeks I'm pretty sure and based on what people tell me you get to assist doctors and observe operations.

Another program I am interested in doing is a program in India where you basically shadow doctors in India and while doing so you are exposed to a wide range of different cultures. I have a friend who went to India using Projects-abroad and said it was a wonderful experience. She got to shadow doctors, experience a different culture, and talk to natives.

I was just wondering if anyone could just give me your input and maybe and advice on which program would look great on a college app, both have great opportunities but I am just not sure which one to choose.

If it helps im looking into the following schools:
- Georgetown University
- Columbia University
- Stanford
- Boston University
- NYU
- Boston College
- Spelman
- American
- Bucknell University
