I have attended Harvard SSP this summer, and had the best one month of my life, highly recommended.

I just got my grades today and I got an A. Would that affect my college applications? Is it a step closer to Ivy League admissions? Or is it just something that shows I have studied in summer?

What course did you take in Harvard? I would assume that it helps if it is a college level course.

BTW, can anyone post their SSP grades and courses? Thank you.

Yes, it will help, but not as much as you'd like, altho it will demonstrate interest in Journalism if that is your direction.

Not really. All A's in a summer program won't counter a poor HS transcript or lack of ECs.

Yea, but most people on CC, who would do summer school are obviously serious students, thus A's are much more common.

Politics in the Name of Identity- A-

I'm almost more proud of the A- because the teacher seemed dead set on giving me a B with the boof way she graded my papers.
