Summer program include or not include?

Hey all,

So I did the LBW summer program this summer and was wondering whether I should include it in the common app under activities or not.

Its a competitive program to get into which is good, however Im scared that colleges other than Penn feel I prefer Penn over them and take it negatively.

Should I include it?
