Hey!
Okay so here's the prompt for a summer program that I really want to get into but the competition is reallys stiff! So heres the question and a possible idea for a response... tell me what you think? Creative? Unique? Good enough???

You are 75 years old. You have just completed your 300-page autobiography. Please submit page 217.

I was thinking something like describing my trip to jail.... (detail, detail, etc). The reader will think I've been convicted for something horrible by the way I will write this piece. But when I get locked up in the jail I will pull out a notepad and write something like "Day 1 in the Jail House" and I can really be a journalist making a documentary on what it's really like in jail....I'll spend 40 days in jail. My camera man can pop out at that point as well. I could be a journalist who just joined a firm, and gets the story nobody wants. I haven't figured out all the details... Or maybe I could describe the whole 40 days in jail, (maybe almost get killed by another inmate) and then at the end I could reveal what I was really doing (the documentary thing). the camera guy would pop out, I'd reveal my notepad...blah blah so on and so forth........

So what do you guys think? Advice? Something to add that would make it better????
