Where are you going for Summer Programs?
I was accepted to JSA Yale, but I’m waiting on Quest, a free program at Stanford. JSA costs way too much and if I don’t get a scholarship…it’s 4000+ b/c of all the random stuff you have to pay Yale too.

waiting on a summer internship at Lawerence berkeley national labs...

keeping my hands crossed...160 candidates and around 45 acceptances.

i received a phone call letting me know i'm still in the running and that decisions are a week or two away. i guess i'm past the first round. i'm really psyched about this program and really hope to get in. the high school labs were just too short and too restrictive to satisfy my nerdy libido

summer science program at nmt

Hey, I applied for Quest too! But I'm already out of the running my parents make too much money ;) (actually, my daddy's a farmer and my mommy's a mailwoman) I also applied to the Telluride program, made it to the top 150 or so out of 800+ and then....rejected. Oh well, looks like I'll be living in poverty so I can pay for Cornell's architecture program. Actually I'm really excited about it, that's the one I really wanted to attend, but it would have been nice to go to a free one.

are they still only holding quest at stanford? several years back they held it at both stanford and harvard
