Summer Programs and Princeton Admissions

I was just wondering how important prestigious summer programs are in Princeton admissions. I had a great internship last summer, and this summer I'm doing a pre-college program at Vanderbilt (not particularly prestigious, but not bad either). Will they be happy that I'm doing stuff, or unimpressed at the program?

I don’t know what other people did, but I applied to TASP and was rejected, so I did 0 summer programs. I worked for a few months during my junior summer as a helper for an environmental organization, and, for the other summers, worked as a dishwasher at a deli. I don’t think what you’re doing matters so much that you’re doing SOMETHING (and get something out of the experience)

Awesome sounds good. Thanks.
