Hello!
I had a question about the summer programs that I have been accepted into. Firstly, I have been accepted into the Stanford Pre-Collegiate Summer program and the MIT Launch Program. My main question is which of the two program is more prestigious and rigorous? I realize that both programs have little weight on college applications, but which one is better in terms of reputation. From what I know, MIT Launch has an acceptance rate of 20%, however I am not sure about the Stanford program.
Essentially, which one is worth more of my summer? Both programs are roughly 5k, and I could probably work on community service and SAT Prep, things that have more weight on the college app, than a summer program.
