Summer programs, suspension, chances?

So I applied to Brown ED.
I’m an international student from Bosnia.
I’ll graduate at 16. (Do they care about the fact that I skipped a grade?)
I was wondering how summer programs impact my chances.
I also got suspended for the dumbest reason on Earth and wrote an explanation, so I’m curious as to how that will affect my application.
Phone interview soon.
Oh and I plan on majoring in psychology and linguistics.

SAT:
CR: 750
W: 750

IB points:
38/42 (EE, TOK, and 7th subject not counted)

GPA before IB: 4.00

Recommendations (I’ve read them all):
Teacher: 1 boring but good, 1 awesome.
Counselor: More explanatory than anything, but says nice things and reiterates that I’ve taken the hardest courses possible.

Essays:
Common App is pretty great, I think. It’s really unique.
Supplement, I’m not sure. I’d say it’s good, but not like wow.

IB Subjects:
Bosnian A1 HL
English B HL
Bio HL
French B HL (7th subject, predicted grade: 7)
Psychology SL
Math Studies SL

Summer Programs:

Women’s club volunteering, 1 year,
Environmental club volunteering, 1 year

I went to a private American school before switching to a public Bosnian school for IB and there they were super strict and suspended me because a parent saw me smoking a cigarette downtown, after school.

I’ve also applied for A LOT of financial aid :S

Please chance me
Good luck to everyone who has applied/will apply!

I would say you have a fairly decent chance…how is your GPA with IB?

Well it’s 38/42. Or 45/49. Plus 3 additional points for TOK and EE, but that isn’t written anywhere on my app.
Oh and my SAT IIs are:
Bio 730
Lit 730

Heart - I graduated at sixteen too, with three years of high school. My interviewer said that because I graduated early to pursue a rare opportunity and “left the nest” to follow my dreams, that’ll look good. So, if you are graduating young for a good reason, I would think it looks fine.

Well, I skipped 5th grade. Not nearly as impressive as finishing high school in 3 years.
But yeah, I doubt it’ll hurt.
Thanks :D
