Does anybody have any suggestions for good summer programs that geared towards business, English or Social Science? A lot of the programs listed are science/math programs.

For business-Bentley University in Massachusetts has a Wall Street 101 Summer Camp.

Take a look at “Economic for Leaders” [Foundation for Teaching Economics | Students > Economics and Leadership](EFL - Foundation For Teaching Economics)

Operation Enterprise – here’s the website:

I highly recommend the Clark Scholars Program. It’s mostly for the sciences but they have great opportunities for business as well! clarkscholars.ttu.edu

University of Miami has a summerscholar program where you take 6 college credits for 3 weeks. There is now a business one. I think it really helped my daughter get into many of her colleges.

I have searched the internet for hours trying to find something in the area of finance, investment management, stock trading, etc. for our son (HS Jr) for this summer. I am surprised I cannot find any academic opportunities beyond taking a college class. The Bentley camp is too short (and I have never heard of it…) Does anyone have any other ideas?

Hey investor, there is this program at Wabash College in Indiana called OLAB. It is very well run, it is free, but the professors there are some of the best in the business. You probably have not heard of the school or the program, but it is very successful and it teaches you the knowledge of business and economics. One of the professors there is currently the guy that runs the NCAA Division 1 basketball, he also attended the program when he was a junior in high school. Trust me the program is great, here is the link [Opportunities to Learn About Business – Wabash College](Opportunities to Learn About Business (OLAB) | Wabash College) . Feel free to ask any questions.

Leadership programs at Penn. Competitive, but amazing.
