what are good summer programs for to be juniors in terms of helping with admission in general
so far ive applied to stanfords epgy, and junior statesmen (JSA) summer school at stanford and georgetown,
if any1 knows if those help in admission or of any others that would for to be juniors PLEASE post
<p>Well, there are many. Unfortunately, many of the deadlines have already passed. Programs like RSI, SSP, SHARPS, etc. will definitely help in the admissions process. Generally though, whether you take classes at Harvard (or a similar college) over the summer or at a local cc, it doesn't make much of a difference. If what you want to do is to take classes, then you might as well go to a college close to where you live. On the other hand, there are many great research programs out there. The only one that I can think of that is still accepting applications is Boston University's Summer Honors Program.</p>
