Is there any summer reading we should start looking into right now? I know that many schools have their students read books before they start, but i tried looking up "wustl summer reading" and nothing helpful came up.

They will send you a book some time late spring or summer. I forget which. Hope it's more interesting than the one they sent my daughter who was in Class of 2010. There is also an optional essay contest, which my daughter didn't consider entering, and I'm not certain how many kids do. In any case, enjoy the comfort of knowing where you're going next year - while your school mates do not. You won't need to read your one book for months. I shouldn't admit it, but my daughter finished reading her book on the car ride to Wash U move-in. I'm not a fan of procrastination, but in her defense, we had a long car ride.
