Summer Rowing Training

Hi All!

It’s now April and summer is just around the corner. I am a sophomore in high school and I have a 2k of 7:56 (5’7 120lbs) and I need to shave the time ASAP!!!

If you have any training ideas please help me out. I am very dedicated and will do whatever it takes (money is not a problem).
