Summer School options?

Hi everyone. Im currently a sophomore at Purdue and want take classes at another colleges summer program.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend interesting places I could live/study this summer? I will most likely want to take psych, latin, or statistics classes. I was looking at Berkeley and was suprised at how cheap the summer classes are, even for out of staters. So price is also something to consider here.

any suggestions?

Thanks.

^ Berkeley's a fun place during the summer. The weather is mild and San Francisco/Oakland is accessible via BART.

Berkeley summer sessions rule! I've done it twice =P PM me if you want more information.

sent you a pm sax

i m wondering if there is any "advantage" of taking a summer school at other university than your own besides a cultural experience in terms of graduate school admission and employment.. say if im going to a grad school, should i shy away from taking summer courses at a less-known college (if not a community college)?

anyone has any opinion on this?

Grad schools are not gonna worry too much about where you took your summer courses. Grades are important though so it's important no matter where you go to study and do well. Summer terms are generally more relaxed; however, if you're worried about a course you're taking that's not important for your major just take it P/F. Cal summers are nice. Look into Internat'l House on the SE end of campus.
