got into biochem!! so happy bc I was rejected from like 4 other places, congrats to everyone

@Nipkas My son is also in Alternate List for BioChemistry. God knows who will get in. Let us hope for both.
@Nipkas @SebaRaj The acceptance letter says that accepted students are given 3 days to commit to the program, so I imagine alternates will be hearing back from them around three days from now. Best of luck!

Congratulations to those of you who were accepted! If any of you were accepted to CUB for astrophysics feel free to message me with any questions you may have! I am an alumna from the class of 2017 (last year) and absolutely loved the program!
To those of you who didn’t get in, although it may feel like the end of the world right now it isn’t. Take this as motivation to seek opportunities and do amazing things you are passionate about on your own. This is merely a hiccup on your path to where you need to be. Although you may not be going where you would like to on your path, you will end up where you need to be.
To those of you placed on the alternate list, there’s hope. Some of my friends from CUB last year were originally alternates. There’s always people who don’t take their place in SSP and those spots get filled by you guys! Hold onto hope but realize there’s a chance you won’t get in.
