So, I'll be going to FSU in the summer, Summer Care Bridge Program, and have 30 credits already. I'm not sure which classes to be taking the summer semester? And what's the max/min of classes you can/should take in the summer? Also, a lot of the credits I have are gen-ed, so does that mean I just start taking classes for my major?
Thanks!

Check out the academic guide. It addresses freshman and sophomore years, so for someone with 30 credits it still applies.

Here are academic MAPS for majors. [Academic Program Guide, Majors and Academic Maps | fsu.edu](http://www.academic-guide.fsu.edu/) Click on the M’s and look at the recommended classes for different majors.

duplicate…

Thanks.
And sorry for asking a question that was similar

My duplicate note was because somehow my reply posted twice!! So I deleted the second one, it was the exact same as the first. Not to worry, ask all the questions you want.

People typically take 6 credits (2 classes) in Summer. The max you’ll want to take is 7 (I did that my first summer), while the minimum to be considered a full time student is 3.
