<p>So the time to apply for the Summer Seminar is here!! I was wondering if you could give me a rate of my chances</p>

<p>GPA: 4.0
I’m taking AP PHysics B, AP Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and INtegral Calculus as some as the harder classes I’m taking.
ACT
Composite: 26
Math: 26
English: 25
Reading: 26
Science: 28
Writing/English: 23</p>

<p>PSAT
Verbal: 60
Math: 54
Writing: 50</p>

<p>I was a part of my schools fencing club. I am trying out for the Varsity Soccer team this year and I’m gonna wait to send in my application till I know if I’ve made it or not!
I’m an inducted member into my Key Club and volunteer about 2 hours a week.
I am co-founder and vice president of Drill Organization, a club that teaches Military drill.
I participate in Band and String Ensemble. </p>

<p>Also I was wondering if anyone could share there experiences at SS. What do you do there?</p>

<p>no one care really give you a rough estimate on chances. obviously having a great resume helps, but ya can’t ever tell. I had great stats and everything and was turned down by SS. But then i was accepted fairly quickly to USAFA the following year, and graduated a DG. So as far as i know, its a crapshoot on who goes and who doesn’t, and not going doesn’t really mean you aren’t competitive for the actual school. Best of luck</p>

<p>I can tell you, work on that math score for taking the real SATs…a 540 is pretty low. It’s fine on your PSATs but definitely work to get it up.</p>
