S is a UCSB student, but is taking a summer class at UCSD. It’s not going well, and it’s too late to withdraw. Can he elect not to report to UCSB -i.e, just not ask for transfer credit.
His plan would be to re-do the class at UCSB. (Waste of money, I know, but…)
Or will UCSD automatically add to UCSB transcript?
I can’t find this addressed anywhere on UC sites.
