Does my GPA acquired during a college summer session contribute to my GPA in University even though I didn’t have the course converted to credit?

Is the “college” the same as the “University”? What does “didn’t have the course converted to credit” mean?
Pretty sure that each college will have a stated policy and they would be different for different colleges. Check the college’s website. If you can’t find it, ask.
