Summer Stock?

<p>I'm graduating high school this year and am planning to major in Musical Theatre in college. I'm currently auditioning for my schools but was wondering what to do over the summer before school starts. I've heard of Summer Stock and how it's a great way to get the feel of "real world" acting but I don't really know much more than that. </p>

<p>How do you find summer stock theatres?</p>

<p>What does it entail?</p>

<p>Should a rising freshman in college even do it yet?</p>

<p>I've tried googleing it but have not really found much, plus I can't see anything about auditioning. Do you contact them about auditioning?</p>

<p>just any information about Summer Stock would be helpful.</p>
