Summer storage recommendations?

College Boxes, Dorm2Dorm, Piece By Piece, Fetch Storage, Campus Crate: anyone got pros or cons or other suggestions? D1 will have just under 2 days to get packed up before flying home for the summer. Friends in Newton have offered to store her stuff, but I hate to impose, as that would also mean they'd have to help with driving. Do we take them up on it and hire a cab? Or do we just go with the pick-up-at-the-dorm services?

She didn't have an enormous amount of stuff when she moved in--no electronics other than printer and laptop. But I've no idea how much she's accumulated since then, and we've not seen her room so we can't assess.

Thanks for any suggestions, and/or commiseration.

I’ve heard OK things about CollegeBoxes from friends who used it. I would just compare their prices to the cost of getting everything to Newton and go with the cheaper option.

Forgot about this! She signed up with College Boxes–more expensive than Newton and back, but much, much, much easier, as they pick up at your dorm room and deliver back to next year’s room. Campus Crate was cheaper, but I couldn’t find any comments on them anywhere. Searched the MIT and Harvard forums for suggestions, as well, and learned that sometimes on-campus storage isn’t all that convenient. :)
