Summer sublet in Boston

Anyone have any idea how much it would cost to sublet a room close to Boston University from June 15th to Aug. 15th? Thanks!

I don’t know how much it is now…but when my son sublet for two summers (he graduated in 2007), he got $600 a month for his bedroom in his apartment…furnished.

One way to get a price range is to look at the postings on Craig’s list. It will also vary by location --if you look a few t-stops out the prices improve (Porter Square & Malden are nice).

Some of the MIT fraternities offer summer housing. In the past they didn’t require that students be attending MIT. [Interfraternity Council at MIT](http://www.mitifc.org/summer.php)
