<p>My D is a rising senior and we are looking at Ball State as one of the schools she will audition at next year.</p>
<p>Since the audition is during the school year and we need to keep her absences to a minimum, I am thinking of visiting several schools during the summer and Ball State is one. </p>
<p>I know there have been threads that discuss the pros and cons of visiting in advance. We have visited five colleges already that are close to us and my D really wants to see what the campus looks like, see housing options, talk with admissions/honors reps, etc., and generally where she will be living for the next four years…in addition to learning about the MT program. </p>
<p>I know the university admissions office offers tours during the summer. Does the theatre department have summer classes and would anyone be around to meet with us for a visit? I didn’t see any summer shows listed, so I wasn’t sure what typically goes on during the summer there.</p>
