Hi, I was reading everyone views on colleges, etc. and their visits. I had to visit most of my colleges this summer (2 in Spring) and will hopefully revisit a couple in the fall. Has anyone done a complet 180 when they went to a "really like" college with students than without? I guess it's just anxiety, but I am hoping that my favorites don't turn into "what was I thinking?" in the fall with little time to regroup. Anyone else feel the same way or are you confident you'll fee the same way?
Thanks!

If it is high on your list and you have a chance go back and visit when school is in session. It can have quite a different feel.

As soon as I know my school's days off this fall, Im revisited schools in Worcester (cross/clark) and Vassar in New York. I might revisit Wheaton, but since it's further away, I'd stay overnight. Some schools I knew even without students, I'd hate, but some I felt really good about, others, so-so. Even with students, nothing is ideal, schools everywhere have jerks and nice kids, nice office staff, rude office staff....but I feel you have to trust your gut. Thankfully, we all like different things, but it's funny to hear someone loathe a college you liked and "see" things you didn't. Makes it interesting.
