Summer work

What are all you guys (transfer people) doing for summer? I wanted to get a job at my current school, but I am afraid that if i do transfer away, they won't have me anymore. Anyone here feel the same? what should I do? Thanks

Does your current school require you to be enrolled to work for them?

I've had the same job for about 3 months now. I get 10 dollars an hour for doing some fairly basic office work, the problem is that I only get about 10 hours a week. I plan on keeping this job, working in my college's writing center (if I can get paid or work study for it, all the better) this summer and taking 12 credits this summer.

i'm working at a law and accounting firm in san francisco and also possibly working at UCSF (as you can tell, i'm COMPLETELY undecided about my future profession, but I like to think of it as keeping my options open)

I'm going to be an engineering intern at a manufacturing facility near my hometown. I also be taking one summer class (evening hours) for six weeks. I would take two but I don't want to spend that much money.

Consulting internship at a Neurological Institute this summer for me. If it weren't for this, I'd be a TA for programming at UF and take a couple of courses over the summer.

:) I'm keeping my job at the Hospital...and hehe I'm going to be a Nanny this summer as well. Laugh allllll you want, I don't care. I get paid to go to the zoo and Six Flags..Dream job I tell you..and non-taxable.. AMAZING :)

I'm going out of the country to Asia, perhaps Vietnam and China for a month. Then I'll be studying for the MCAT, probably work, and volunteer at City of Hope for the rest of the summer. This is going to be an interesting summer for me =).

Working at a resident camp in the Sierras all summer. :)

wow, where do you guys find all these internship jobs?

I'm jealous Green, this is my first summer not working at a camp! :(

Camp is awesome. I'm going to take advantage of my free time and work at camp while I can...no more camp when I'm all grown up :(

that is unless you're going to nursing or med school...then you could allllllllllways be a camp nurse or doctor for the summer. :) hehe
