<p>For those of you who applied or are attending, what should I do this summer to increase my chances to getting accepted for engineering at VT? I'm a sophmore.

Geo. 2.5
Alg2. 3.0
Physics 4.0
AP CS. 3.5</p>

<p>Overall GPA 3.4</p>

<p>A little bit early to be worrying but hey I'm asian</p>

<p>This might be an obvious response...but get the best possible grades that you can--especially in your math/science related classes. Shoot for a 3.7+ GPA.</p>

<p>If you can't consistently get A's in math and science, why does engineering appeal to you?</p>
