<p>My clergy isn’t sure about how to write the letter requesting Sunday testing. Does it need to be a long letter, saying how long you’ve been associated with the church, or just a few lines? If anyone can give a sample, it’d be awesome. Thanks!</p>

You need to register by paper the first time you take the test and then if you want to take it again you can just do it online. I think mine said something along the lines of “________ is a member of the ___________ church and we believe ________________(tests shouldn’t be taken on Saturday or something to that effect)”. I can’t really remember though…</p>
