I have a track meet on April 12, so I may take the Sunday test. Does anyone know if it is the same test as the Saturday one or if it is different?

i don't think they offer it on sunday for something as trivial as a track meet
i think it's only because a lot of jewish kids have the sabbath on saturday and the ACT is accommodating to them. It's not really designed for you to choose a day to take it, and to answer your question, yeah it probably is a different test.

yeah, i wasn't sure if they would let me for that in the first place... but who knows? i bet everyone would try to take it sunday if it really was the same.

ya they won't let you take it for that reason. i believe you actually have to show proof (like something from your church/temple/etc.) that you have religious studies on saturday so you need to take it on sunday

Last I checked, anyone can register for Sunday; they only require a letter from your pastor if you are trying to test standby or do a test date change on the day of the test.

Yes, it is a different version of the test.

but seriously, what is more important: your college education or a high school track meet? take it on saturday and get it over with. there will be other track meets

What happened when you showed up to the sunday test date and not being jewish cause i just signed up for it because all the other centers where way to far away for me to get to.

Well, did you take the test on Sunday yet?? We are signed up on a Sunday as well and wondered if they would ask for any addl documents. We dont have any, but have other school related commitments on the following two Sat test dates.

They won’t ask for any documents. I took twice on Sunday because of the location, just 20 minutes of travel.

You either have to live too far from a Saturday testing center, be Jewish, or hardcore Protestant (the really religious Baptists and others have church on Saturday)

You all realize that this thread is two years old, right?

Note that you won’t be able to Sunday test unless you have a viable reason in ACT’s opinion (often religious). Also, the Sunday test is never the same as the Saturday test.
