sunset village

anyone assigned here??

i got a triple, did ANYONE at all get a double for a plaza?

Yeah I've talked to at least two people who got doubles. Lucky, lucky people.

i got a triple for sunset village, shared bathroom

i've only heard of people getting a double in the suites (saxon)

Muahha, I'm one of the few who got a double in sunset village =)

Someone start a sunset village facebook group ;D

I got Sunset Village. Triple. its going to be so much fun! im excited!!

I got a triple at Sunset Village but did'nt tell me whether its a share or private bathroom. How do u find out? Are Canyon Point and Delta Terrace part of Sunset Village?

AK1031: If it doesn't specifiy the bathroom type, then it is most likely "private". Also, Sunset Village consists of 3 buildings: Canyon Point, Delta Terrace, and Courtside.

Thanks Levitt2. So when do we find out which building we are assigned to.

When I view my housing offer online, the first thing that tells me is that my parents have to submit my housing contract by mail because I'm still a minor. Does that mean I can't submit my payment online?

Levitt2: I got assigned Sunset triple. Where would it have told me the bathroom type?

It would say on your email:

(shared bathrooms)
Building: Sunset Village
Type: Triple, Shared Bathroom

or

(private bathrooms)
Building: Sunset Village
Type: Triple

This is all mine says:

We are pleased to confirm your housing offer for the 2006-2007 academic year:

Building: SUNSET VILLAGE
The initial housing payment for your offer is due no later than Thursday, June 1, 2006 by 5 p.m.

so where should i go to find out?

oh nevermind... i just reread your post..i see now mine is private. thanks for the info

And to find out which building you're in before you get mail with roommate info, check the contact info section (or whereever that has your address) periodically.

You'll get a room number with the format X#-###. There are three possibilities for the letter: A-Canyon Point, B-Delta Terrace, C-Courtside. Second digit is the house #. And last 3 is room number (with the floor number as the first digit of those 3).
