<p>Anyone have any views on Albany? I'm thinking about majoring in Economics, and from what I understand, they're pretty good in that area. What do you think?</p>

<p>The campus is really FUGLY and the school is kind of boring but atleast there are some really good looking people there.</p>
<p>i have a few friends here at Cornell who transfered from Albany. They said that the food sucks and the campus is ugly ... but it's perfect if you want to meet a bunch of drunken dumb girls at any time of the day. But, Albany does have the advantage of being the capital of NY, probably easy to get an internship or something there.</p>
<p>I have heard that SUNY Albany is a big party school. On the other hand, one of the best math students from my hometown high school went to SUNY Albany to save money, graduated in 3 years, and is now a PhD math student at Cal Tech. He knew he could have gone to a more selective school, but Albany helped him reach his goal.</p>
