56 from my school have applied so far, and 3 are accepted already

Our high school had 175 apply last year. A record #. 126 admitted. 14 attended. Those numbers are probably higher this year.
There may actually be something to the theory that some schools are waiting to release acceptance until after they get Withdrawls from ED students.
Supposedly all EA & ED are up this year, with kids hoping test optional will help their chances.
For what itâs worth, my daughter got a âbig envelopeâ from SUNY New Paltz on Saturday. But her portal status didnât reflect an acceptance until last night.
Our schoolâs Naviance doesnât show the bar graphs until the summer after everyone has accepted their offers.
Around 600 students apply to Bing from my school each year, with around 400 being accepted. I donât believe that anyoneâs heard back yet.

I donât think so. Iâd be shocked if they sent on xmas ever Iâm thinking 1/5 at this point .
