SUNY Binghamton Class of 2022

@a_masters16 also wondering the same thing, but if you scroll up @bssn123 got rejected already after being deferred EA.

@nyknicks1000 thanks, I hadn’t seen that. Guess we just wait.

I am also still waiting to hear back from being deferred… I applied mid October. The wait is killing me!

Does anyone know how we sign up for admitted students days?

I got accepted into Harpur on March 9th! I didn’t see the email come up and just decided to check the admissions portal, so for those of you waiting I would not rely on email alone.
Stats:
29 ACT
1310 SAT
95 GPA
Also I sent in a Special Talent portfolio which may have helped with admissions.

Does anyone know the acceptance rate in RD of people who got deferred EA?

Binghamton University - Is it required to attend admitted students day?

@gialimgialim no

As a parent of a Buffalo accepted student, I know SUNY Buffalo has the same thing - most schools do. You’ll notice they are all scheduled in March and early April. They are really designed as the last chance pitch by the school to get you to commit to them by the May 1 deadline. If you have already committed, there really isn’t a reason for you to go unless you want the opportunity to see something new or pick-up your school apparel

Accepted to Harpur for Biology!

In State
GPA: 3.8/4.0
SAT: 1380
ACT: 30
7 AP Courses

was that today your acceptance came? @cutebunnies198

Got acceptance letter today at 7pm! Nursing, out of state.
For those worried about not getting an email, the portal is usually updated before an email is sent out, also mine got lost in spam so it took me a while to find.

is it bad that i haven’t heard back yet?

@kindahatemyselfrn Don’t worry! A lot of my friends haven’t gotten a response from Bing yet.

Does anyone know if there is a facebook page for accepted students?

@Erk303 Yeah, its called Binghamton Class of 2022

is it possible for me to get accepted. here are my stats
GPA- 3.95
SAT-1240
in state
if not do you think i can get into stony brook?

Hey all- I recently received invitations to the Freshman Research Immersion Program And Binghamton University Scholars. Are these programs well regarded and “worth” going to Binghamton for? I’m looking to go Pre-Med and am also considering Case Western and UMich and am wondering if these Bing programs will give me enough reason to go to here instead. Thanks in advance!

The FRI program is super competitive and highly regarded…I believe it is one of only 4 others just like it. I believe that it would definitely be worth t to consider bing over those other schools given this opportunity.
