SUNY chances?

I've apply to SUNY schools such as University of Buffalo, Cortland (these being my top two) Stony Brook and Binghampton. But I'm starting to feel as if i wont get accepted in any. My g.p.a is currently 80.32 but whats really got me worried is my senior year grades. My first two marking period grades weren't the greatest (both in the 70's) but I'm planning to do better this marking period (last one), and next semester because i know colleges like to see improvement. But I've been getting all worked up because I've read somewhere that colleges can accept you based on grades from freshman, sophomore, and junior year. But if your first semester senior year grades are not so great, they can revoke your acceptance. So i guess i just need some clarity on if this necessarily true?

What you read is true- colleges can revoke acceptances based on your senior year grades. That being said, this usually only applies in extreme circumstances and ONLY after you have been accepted to a school. What I mean is, say you got into Buffalo and then upon receiving your acceptance, decide to cut school three times a week and fail math. The school does reserve the right to rescind your application up until your completion (graduation) of high school. To put things in a more simpler way, YES schools can revoke your application, even after you have been accepted. Your goal right now should be to get your grades up. Schools really look at first semester senior year and with a 70, you’ll have a hard time getting into your top-choices. Good luck and please chance me! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1253111-chance-me-ill-chance-back.html#post13548947
