Hi, I'm an international transfer student, and I'm not sure that I can afford 100% of costs, so cold you tell me which of them(except SUNY Plattsburgh) can give a little fin aid or scholarship for intl. transfer? Especially I'm interested in Baruch, Binghamton, Stoony brook.

Bump…anyone?

Possibly Stony Brook, but none of these schools gives out a lot of merit aid, especially to transfer students.

I don’t need very much, I can afford 20k per year, so what do you think?

Apply to schools that you are really, really qualified for and make it clear you really want to go there. That way if merit aid is offered, it might go to you.

But yes, those three are good schools that are affordable.

Check-out SUNY Geneseo…one of the Best SUNYs

[Costs | SUNY Geneseo](http://www.geneseo.edu/iss/costs)

Thanks for your input guys, as I know Geneseo is slightly less prestigious, am I right?
Also, the point is that I’m a transfer student, I’m not sure that they give merit aid to transfers:(

In terms of the “prestige” within SUNY, Geneseo is considered the best of the colleges and Binghamton the best of the University Centers. Ofcourse each of the SUNY colleges and Unviersity Centers have their individual strengths and weaknesses. I know that there are scholarships for international students…transfer not so sure.

Oh yeah, I researched it:)
Thanks, you helped a lot
