I´m so anxious to know if I got into Stony, apparently i think we get letters in LATE FEB-MAR. When did you all apply for EOP?
I applied for eop in early October and still haven’t heard anything yet. I did get an email saying I was academically elgibel but not sure about financially eligible yet.
I applied for eop in early December and got the email saying I was academically eligible on Christmas day.
Me too!
well, i recently sent in all my financial documents and I’m waiting for any notification
@sbuadmissions when do eop applicants receive notifications of acceptances?
My acceptance into EOP came like right after midnight on Monday this week. I’m sure most of their acceptances/rejections are going around this month and next month.
Stats please
GPA- 90
SAT/ACT- 21 on the ACT
@bberry16 how do you know you got in through EOP? I got in but no notifications of EOP
on my solar account, it said I was admitted through the eop/aim program. How did you know you were admitted?
my friend told me she was rejected, but this was around… the last week.
@HERCULES_HERCULES if you don’t mind sharing, when did you receive notification? and around when did you apply?
@bberry16 when did you send in your app, I’m trying to get a sense of how they go through their apps. I’m not sure if it’s based on when they receive it, or when it’s completed, or if it’s even based on AOI…
And I’m not sure if this matters but on February 5th, all the items from my to-do list disappeared. I figured it finally meant that the admissions had gotten ahold of my application and were reviewing it?
@alreadyadoctor so my new student tabs popped up on like 2 Thursdays ago (the 8th) so i checked my application status but it said still processing. I waited until midnight, and it said congratulations so (the 9th) is when i got official notification. Then on the 12th, i got an email saying to check my application status, an update had been posted but i had already known that i was admitted so it was no news. I sent in my application on 12/5 but i don’t think that matters much because my guidance counselor didn’t send my transcript until 1/17.
@alreadyadoctor i sent my app in on October 30th. I also had the advantage of going to the suny welcome center and meeting w a financial aid officer in january and helping me finish the additional financial application for the eop program
@HERCULES_HERCULES the apps are prob reviewed randomly but, would you mind sharing your stats? I have an 89 gpa so a 3.4 and I got a 1170 on the SAT.
damn, I received that email but I just didn’t think I needed the help bc advisors in my school helped me through the process. @bberry16
@alreadyadoctor. Gpa is like 96.something and sat was 12something superscored.
