SUNY-ESF competitive?

difficult to be accepted to ESF?

i don't have the best SAT scores. i took all available classes to me, none of which were AP. 3.5 GPA. i'm asian, first in the family to go to college. and i think i wrote a really good supplemental essay.

only 22 students were admitted in the fall of 08'? am i in luck that environmental majors aren't popular majors? or they have a low admission percentage?

Did you realize you were looking at the stats for EOP? I actually can’t answer any questions about how competitive it is for EOP, but my daughter got in with a 3.5 and a 27 ACT.

yes i did. i applied for EOP as well. would qualifying for EOP increase my chances of being accepted? my SAT scores are within the EOP SAT range for ESF.

what is your daughter studying there?

i would also like to know if ESF has a separate EOP form. i didn’t receive one from them, but i got EOP forms from other SUNY schools. according to the link i provided in my first post, it says one is not required. but i just want to make sure.
