<p>Any thoughts on which is better? We thought we would prefer New Paltz but are leaning toward Fredonia. The only drawback to Fredonia that we are aware of is the distance, Fredonia is nine hours away! New Paltz is only three.</p>
<p>New Paltz is more prestigious, I would say. I don’t know much about Fredonia but I hear NP has a great community and everyone is really friendly. Geneseo was a bit too far for me (6 hours) so 9 hours would definitely be a big factor, for me at least.</p>
