Suny New Paltz, What are my odds?

<p>Hey guys,</p>

<p>Just wondering if anyone is familiar with the business school at SUNY New Paltz.</p>

<p>I have a preety good GPA, probably 3.1+ I would imagine. I took the old SAT's and got a 1060, which isn't that great but it's about average.</p>

<p>I'm also located in NY so I'm at a disadvantage!</p>

<p>Does anyone thinkg I have a chance of getting in?</p>

<p>You will do fine New Paltz i have no idea y you want to go there but u will get in and maybe u should apply to one or 2 more harder Sunys</p>

<p>Are you guys sure, I heard that New Paltz was ultra selective.</p>

<p>I just wanna go there because its relatively close to home, and they have a good business program.</p>

<p>I was under the impression that my odds were about 50/50 on getting in, you guys think its better than that?</p>

<p>how is that a disadvantage? New Paltz is a state school. Anyway, I visited there in the 8th and 9th grade for States competition for Science Olympiad so we had to run around campus for events. It's cozy.</p>
