SUNY & Rolling Admissions

Which SUNYs have rolling admissions?

Thank you

A lot of them don't call it "rolling" but at most of the SUNYs highly-qualified students who submit apps early will often get acceptances soon after. As opposed to say, Harvard, where all applicants hear the results on the same day.

Okay, so if I were to send my application by say late November do you know how long it would take to recieve a response? Also, do you know if Binghamton still practices rolling admissions or whatever they call it.

what about Plattsburgh and others? And which ones are need blind (like plattsburgh for example)

The SUNYs all have separate admissions offices so you have to look on each website...some have early action and some have early decision. Binghamton has Early Action...but an early response can be a deferral which isn't very helpful...

I'm pretty sure we're all rolling admissions, though, even if we have EA or ED programs.

That said, once we're full, we're full, so I'd still apply early.

Chris

If you're going to apply early though, you might as well go EA, in my opinion.
Even if you're deferred, you still have another shot of getting in.
