SUNY Stony Brook Vs. SUNY Binghamton (Urgent!)

Ill put it this way. Stony Brook has a subpar campus. Its only redeeming factor is the Hospital and Medical School for those considering studying pre-med. Otherwise, its campus is dead on weekends, and nights, as most people are either studying (premed) or are off campus (b/c sb is really a commuter school). Binghamton has problems of its own, but is really has a much better community feel. A problem you might encounter at Binghamton is that there arent enough professors to teach required courses.

All I hear about Stony is "pre-med" this, "pre-med" that.

Does it have a good business program, though? Because that's most likely what I'll be majoring in.

if all you hear about is the pre-med program, you'll likely feel that the campus is focused too much on pre-med too.

I guess you're right.

But does it at least have a good business program?

Binghamton is better for business. It has an 'up&coming' business school. :)
