SUNY Stony Brook vs. University of Minnesota, Twin Cities

I'll make this simple:

Major: Computer Science.

Criteria
1. Research/Internship Opportunities
2. Dorm and Food Qualities
3. Science and Math program strength
4. Professor Accessibility
5. Safety

Additional:

Campus beauty

Scholarship opportunities for international students

Minnesota in a heartbeat.

Stony Brook academics will be similarly strong, just a bit weaker, but it will feel like a virtual commuter school by comparison. Minneapolis/St. Paul significantly trumps being in the middle of suburban nowhere Suffolk County - Manhattan is a looong ways away. Add in the Big 10, much stronger grad programs, only negative is cold winters.
