I'm wondering if I even have a shot at the engineering scholars for medicine track (at SUNY Stonybrook)

Awards:
USAJMO (national junior math olympiad ~250) 2x, ARML (national math competitions, approximately 100 total) high scorer, NYSML (state math competition, one of ~10) high scorer 2x, 4th place, Rennselear Medal (60k merit scholarship at RPI), NMSF (80M, 80CR, 72W), National Chemistry Honors Society, 4x AIME Qualifier.

Medical EC's:
~ 100 hours of volunteering at 2 hospitals
shadowed cardiologist for 1 month (junior year)
In India: shadowed cardiologist for 2 weeks, also witnessed 2 brain surgeries (summer before sophomore year)

Regular EC's:
Math team captain, other awards.
Science Olympiad State level medals, lots of regional medals
FBLA VP, state level awards, attended national conference (9-12)
Mu Alpha Theta Club Founder (11-12)
Volleyball (plays club as well)
Violin (plays in youth orchestra outside of school)

8-week paid research internship (1 of 16 students selected out of ~100 applicants), in physics though.

Do I have a chance? I feel that my medical EC's are a bit lacking, but that's why I was hoping I'd have a better shot at this program because it has an engineering aspect too, plus some family friends got into some medical scholar program here and they seemed less high achieving. I also like the engineering apsect to because I'd rather study engineering than pure biology. I really like the program, just wonder if I have a realistic shot.

and in my application, do I have to not stress/mention the math achievements. Does it show achievement or does it show distraction from medical intent?

Any suggestions on other MD-yielding programs I'd have a realistic shot at, preferably in the N.E, at a cheaper school (or bad enough that I can get the full scholarship I'd probably get at Stonybrook or at least some merit money), and preferably one with same engineering aspect? I can compromise on those, most important is that I have some shot at the program.
