Super Scoring

So I understand how Super scoring works and some colleges do super score ACT tests.
Now the question is
What happens if the difference between superscored score and regular one sitting score is huge?

Reason why I'm asking is
On Apr, I got ENG 27 READING 21 MATH 30 SCIENCE 32 So composite score is 27

and on June, I got ENG 30 READING 31 MATH 29 SCIENCE 22. Composite 28

*Don't ask me why my science dropped so much I had enough stress over this.

But then Superscored composite score is 31.

So when I apply to lets say BC (superscores ACT)
Do they literally calculate the composite score and just look at that?
Or do they stick with best one sitting score and just look at superscore as reference?

Thank you ahead for answering
