Superbowl XLII

Was that not one of the most incredible Superbowls ever?! Giants for the win!!!

BAM! i looooooove the giants. WHAT NOW PATRIOTS?

I'm a Packers fan and didn't really care who won. Would've been sweet if Patriots went 19-0 and would've been cool if back to back brothers won the Super Bowl. Anyways I think the Patriots had a pretty good comeback in the 4th quarter. That late drive led by Brady was quite a showing of mental strength after being sacked numerous times and not connecting to receivers. Anyways with about a minute to go, I thought Moss should have caught those 2 Hail Mary's by Brady. The 2nd one was by far the closest thing Moss could ask for. Whatever, the Super Bowl is over and what's done is done. Congrats Giants. Go Packers! (hope Favre comes back)

Was watching it with some friends. The room was pretty evenly divided. When the Pats scored their last td, one guy literally went insane with joy. So, when Burress caught that pass in q4, I just walked calmly up to him, stared at him, and said, "You are done, beeyotch!"

Hahaha....I loved how Manning avoided that one sack and threw the ridiculous pass. There were so many close moments for the Giants...it could have been over for them in a heartbeat.

Yeah, Brady showed amazing mental strength...seems like even after 4 sacks, he still played somewhat well. The Giants' defense was just really outstanding this game though.

It felt like that game was going nowhere, and then I look up and there are 30 seconds of the game left. :0 I love how they had to clear the field for the 1 second left.

I guessed that the Giants would win by 3 and won 50 bucks w00t. This is cool because I didnt know who was playing a minute before I made the bet.

~Luck is better than skill, and I have no skill so you do the math ;)

That was an amazing Superbowl. That pass catch by Manning/Tyree when Manning escaped a 4 man sack and Tyree caught it off his helmet was crazy.

What commercials did you guys like the best? I thought the Doritos one with the Butler/Guy in mouse suit was HILARIOUS. In general though, I thought the commercials were garbage this year.

^ yea, i thought they were a lot better in the past years.

pats are 18-1 great game

-_- huh?????

i'm a patriots fan, but the giants earned their win and played well. i'm really disappointed the patriots lost, but i'm more annoyed at all the haters who came out of the woodwork. bah.

great superbowl, though.

That one play to Tyree was one of the most amazing plays in Super Bowl history. I watched the game with 2,000 other people in Agganis Arena at Boston University and every Giants fan in the place went insane at that moment. I will never forget that last drive and NY will always love Eli after this one. He just earned his right to be named in the same sentence as NY greats like Namath, Jeter, Messier, and so many other legends.

Who cares?

Who cares?! What kind of nerd who is FROM NEW YORK could say something like that when NY just embarassed Boston for some sweet revenge in what might be the best Super Bowl we have ever seen?

giants ftw.

best part was listening to the sad interviews of belichik and brady after the game

Hell yeah. I was in Boston so me and a group of Giants fans ran down to Kenmore Square (where the Patriots celebration was to have taken place) and we just screamed and cheered for an hour while the streets were silent. As a huge NY sports fan (Yankees/Giants) the chance to see such misery in New England is the sweetest sight I can imagine. It brought back memories of 2003 when Aaron Boone crushed the Sox's hopes with one swing. This moment was just as sweet. I couldn't be more proud right now.

Witnessing history in the making guys, history in the making.
