<p>I'm applying the United States Military Academy at West Point, which I believe looks only at the highest of my scores.</p>

<p>Should I retake in February?</p>

<p>PS. I totally BOMBED the reading because I thought I'd breeze through it because the first time I got a 31. I ran out of time because I didn't take it as serious as I did the 1st time and guessed almost 2 whole passages.</p>
