Does the ACT superscore the way the SAT does?

I don’t think that the ACT superscores, but the colleges may. It depends on the college. The only one I am familiar with is the University of Tennessee. The way they superscore is that they take your highest ACT score from each of the 4 sections and average them to come up with their own composite score. I hope this helps.

Thank you! I’ll look into the colleges. Do you think they’ll say online if they superscore or not? Or should I email them?

I know that the University of Tennessee has it online. Here is a link. [Requirements for Admission | UT Knoxville Undergraduate Admissions](http://admissions.utk.edu/undergraduate/apply/requirements.shtml)
If it doesn’t come up as a link, just copy and past it into your address bar. I would assume most other colleges/universities that superscore would put it online, but if it is not there, it never hurts to shoot them an e-mail or call and ask them.

thank you!!

You’re welcome.
