I know this must get annoying, but I could use some advice on which scores to send.

I've taken the ACT once and the SAT twice. Looking at the score conversion chart, my superscored SAT is better than the ACT, but my ACT is better than the my best single SAT. The ACT writing score is 100 pts lower than my SAT writing score on the SAT scale. I'm sending the SAT to all the schools I am applying to.
My question is, is it of any benefit to also send the ACT scores? I'm not sure how superscores compare to a single test score. In general is a high SAT score looked upon more favorably than a high ACT?
