Superscores-ACT subscores?

I actually called and asked UPenn admissions about this and the gentleman who answered told me that UPenn does perform superscoring, but only on ACT composites. When I asked more in detail regarding the consideration UPenn places at ACT subscores, he gave me a simples yet slightly unexpected answer: "we neither look at nor consider ACT subscores." I suppose since this is the answer I receive straight from the admissions, I should believe in it...yet I find it really hard to persuade myself that such is the case.

I took the ACT twice, got the same composite of 32, but the subscores were...quite different. I fear the possibility of UPenn not considering subscores at all as the two sets of subscores show that I have high capability in all areas tested.
Should I take the ACT again and hope that I get a better composite? Or should I just send the two results in and keep my fingers crossed?
