On my first SAT I got a 700 on reading and writing, and a 710 on math. I was content with my R/W score but not with my math, so I signed up for the August SAT and pretty much only studied math so I could get a good math score and have a high superscore. So after taking the August SAT, I knew I did pretty poorly on the R/W section compared to my previous SAT, maybe like a 600. On the flip side, I’m fairly confident I got a 750+ on my math. So my question is would the decrease in my R/W affect college admissions into colleges who superscore. Do you think it would look suspicious if my math went up but my R/W went down, like they know that I purposely only studied math to get a superscore?
